Jagdeesh Mal Mehta

Shri Jagdeesh Mal Mehta has career spanning for over 51 years and since 1971, he has been CEO with total responsibility of a Company reporting directly to chairman. He has an Excellent track record in managing various types of companies like, oil & Gas (Refinery), Textiles, Chemicals , Power , News Paper etc.

Narendra Ambwani

Shri Narendra Ambwani, aged 75 years, is a professionally trained executive coach and business advisor. He brings with him experience of over 34 years of work with renowned multinational Johnson & Johnson. He was Managing Director in Indonesia for 5 years followed by appointment as MD in India in 1995. He completed his corporate career in April 2009.

Shri Narendra Ambwani serves on boards of leading corporates in India and acts as business strategy advisor. He mentors and guides CEO level leaders to successfully handle their multiple challenges. He brings with him outstanding marketing and general management experience to the board.

Ajay Sharma

Mr. Ajay Sharma  is a MBA (Finance) from R A Poddar Institute of Management (University of Rajasthan), ICWA (Inter) and CAIIB from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance. He has over 35 years of post-qualification experience in IDBI Bank having diverse experience in areas like Corporate Finance, Finance & Accounts Department, Human Resources, Training, Internal Audit, Treasury, Syndication and Sourcing department.

Mr. Sharma was appointed as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer of IDBI Bank since 2017 to 2021 and as Executive Director – Human Resources & Training from June, 2021 to October, 2022. Further, he was appointed as the Nominee Director of IDBI Bank on Board of various listed/unlisted companies. In his last assignment, Mr. Sharma was an Advisor – HR & Training of IDBI Bank till May, 2024.

Rahul Mehta

Mr. Rahul Mehta is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com) and has completed an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute in 1971. He has over 40 years of experience in the Garment Industry. He joined the Creative Group as Partner and Managing Director in 1982 and was responsible for the Group launching some of the most iconic Brands in the Domestic Industry including UFO Jeans, Creative Cottons, 109F, Fusion Beats, Portico, and Urban Republic.

Mr. Mehta has been the Past President of the Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) for 15 years and currently, he is the Chief Mentor to CMAI since 2020.
He is also the Past President of the International Apparel Federation (IAF) based out of the Netherlands. He is the first Indian to be elected as President of the IAF, and only the second Asian to be in this position in the 40 years history of IAF.

Mr. Mehta is actively involved in Education, and is Chairman – Advisory Board of the School of Fashion Technology, Pune, and passionately committed to the evolving trend of Sustainability in the Domestic Garment Industry.
