Banswara Syntex Limited entered into Joint Venture with a French Company Treves TSC. As per the Joint Venture Agreement both Banswara Syntex Limited and Treves hold 50:50 equity share capital on the company.
It produce laminated knitted and wovan textiles for internal furnishing of trains, buses and other automobiles.
