SPINNING

Banswara is one of the largest single mill setup in Asia for fibre-dyed yarns. Our spinning division is equipped with approximately 1,50,000 spindles to be able to make yarn with various natural and synthetic fibres.

With an annual capacity of 35,000 tonnes we specialise in producing staples and blends of cotton, linen, worsted, viscose, polyester, acrylic and lycra. The majority of our capacity dedicated towards polyester blended dyed yarns.

Being Asiaâ€™s leading mill we have an exceptional laboratory for quality control in which our products are subjected to chemical and physical tests at every stage. Our facilities and layout is designed to avoid contamination.

WEAVING

Banswaraâ€™s core competence is itâ€™s agility in servicing consumer demands using our technical and creative know how.

The majority of our weaving is done with the yarn produced in house. However we also procure yarn for specific requirements from the market. To make sure we always have the means to innovate we have invested in a variety of looms alot of which are flexible. Our 451 looms include Picanol, Jacquard, Sulzer Projectile, Rifa and Tsudakoma.

Being Lycra Assured and Accredited we specialise in producing stretch fabrics.

DYEING

Our dye house has the capability to dye 1500 metric tonnes of fiber in polyester, acrylic, wool and viscose. Our yarn dyeing capacity is 150 metric tonnes per month. We have a specialized lab with state of the art color matching capabilities using spectrophotometer and CAD dispensing.

PROCESSING

The soul of the fabric lies in its finishing process and therefore at Banswara we have decided to concentrate and invest in our Process house and team.

With state of the art equipment, and finishing capacities of 5 million metres per month, we not only finish all our fabrics in house but work on a job work basis for other companies as well.

We are able to offer a variety of finishes using machines such as super finish machine, Kier Decatizer (KD) (Italian), Zero-Zero, Shiners, Mazera Scouring Machines, Bruckner Stenter (Germany) and Elia (Italian) multi layer stenters, Spereto Rimer (Italian), Seracant Rope Scouring Machines (Italian), Singeing Machines, Raising Machine, Shearing Machine, Mercerizing Machine.

PERFORMANCE FINISHES

Banswara Syntex boasts of one of the most well equipped and modern finishing houses in the textile industry. With the implementation of state of the art technologies and machines, Banswara is capable of providing a variety of performance finishes.

GARMENTING

With the incorporation of a garmenting division, Banswara has added value to its supply chain by becoming more vertically integrated as a mill. The garmenting divisions based out of Daman and Surat specialise in making men’s and women’s semi casual and formal wear using Banswaraâ€™s in-house fabrics.
