POLY/VISCOSE
Banswara Syntex excels in its diverse product range of poly viscose and poly viscose blends. We were one of the first mills in India to introduce lycra into PV blends enabling us to offer mono-stretch, bi-stretch and power stretch products. Using multiple counts and an extensive shade card, we specialise in poly / viscose/ lycra fabric for suit separates.
We excel in weaving structures to produce seer sucker products using our poly/ viscose/ lycra yarn. We offer multiple finishing options on all our products.
COTTON
Our cotton and linen blends are manufactured in shirt and bottom weight fabrics. We produce 100% cotton and cotton blends with lycra, modal, linen, polyester, viscose etc. These are available in yarn dye and piece dye. In addition we work with dobby structures, plain, twill, drills, satin, fila fill, oxford, chambray and many other designs.
Our cotton division’s core competency lies in the various finishes that we offer, including Liza, brush, F1, ETI, and Teflon. Delave, used to give a washed down effect, is one of our specialities.
WORSTED
We produce 100% wool and wool blends with polyester, lycra and cotton for various clients depending on the market specifications. This also includes plain, twill and structured fabrics for suiting purposes. Our speciality lies in bi-stretch and mono-stretch fabrics for suit separates.
JACQUARD
Our jacquard division dwells at the forefront of design. It capitalises on the mills yarn dying capacities to develop intricate and colourful pattern work. With a library of over 1000 patterns, the jacquard team excels at servicing fast fashion brands by offering trending designs in an array of fabrics.
Banswara has had the privilege of being a key partner in the supply of coated jacquard materials to accessory brand Coach USA.
KNITTED
Our knits division is well equipped to be the leaders in synthetic Ponte de Roma knits for formal and casual sportswear. Knits is a small but growing segment in the Banswara product range.
Banswara uses its know how to produce high quality yarns for knits and it’s state of the art processing house to provide various finishes to the knitted fabrics.
