A technical fabric is a textile product manufactured for non-aesthetic purposes, where function is the primary criterion. Currently, technical textile materials are most widely used in filter clothing, furniture, hygiene medicals and construction material.
At BANSWARA SYNTEX, we manufacture technical fabrics for a number of clients including the Indian Railway and Indian army. Using our hot melt lamination machine we are able to make waterproof fabrics that are breathable at the same time by laminating micron membranes. We also manufacture 2 layer breathable fabrics for jacketing and high altitude 3 layer fabrics. We have also started production of technical fabrics used for high altitude weather and also suitable for sports wear.
