YARN
Banswara Syntex was founded by setting up a spinning mill. Today, Banswara is one of the largest single mill setup producing multi fibre yarns across various blends. Banswara Syntex is equipped with both fibre and yarn dying facilities of 12,775 and 1,460 (annually) respectively.
Our manufacturing capabilities include a total of 1,59,736 spindles that produce counts between the range of 8 NE to 60 NE.
We also develop and work with slub, neps and fine grindle yarns.

AUTOMOTIVE
Banswara and Treves together produce automotive fabric for interiors and trims of automobile seats and doors for leading car manufacturers like Reanault, Mahindra, Tata, Nissan & after market seat covers.
Our fabric boasts of high design aesthetic and innovation, trimmability-fit and finish, lightweight and durable, abrasion, wear and tear resistant and fastness of colour.

GARMENTS

Our garment units are based in Daman and Surat. We specialise in the production of tailored clothing – trousers, jackets and waistcoats. Our capacity is for 300,000 trousers and 60,000 jackets per month.
Our factories are equipped with state of machinery – including a CAD system from Rich Peace for marking and grading, sewing machines from Juki, automatic welting machines from Eagle, Curtain Felling Machines from Union Special, Eyelet Buttonhole Machines from Reece and Blind Loop Machines from Mair and Pressing Machines from Rotondi.
