 YARN
At Banswara, we believe that a very good quality yarn is
a pre-requisite to produce quality
finished fabrics. Throughout our history, we’ve focused
on innovation. We are always aware of the changing needs of the
fashion industry and are constantly at the forefront of
new developments to make dreams come true.
We specialize in producing blends of viscose staple fibre,
polyester staple fibre, acrylic staple fibre, lycra, cotton,
linen and wool. We have a total production capacity of
30,000 tones of yarn per annum. It includes
28,000 tones polyester blended dyed yarns and 2000
tones wool mix yarn per annum. The Company also
specializes in producing various type of fancy spun yarns.
Our aim is to make sure that every customer is satisfied. To
ensure the quality of our final product, all yarn is tested
for irregularities and imperfections.90% of our
production consists of fibre-dyed yarns only. We are one
of the largest single mill setup producing spun fibre-dyed
yarns in Asia.
TESTING : The company has
well equipped testing laboratory to test all the parameters of yarn
including Uster Testing UT-3, UT-5 and Classimat Testing to keep
every control on yarn quality.

COLOUR: At
Banswara, we do every efforts to match the shade as per
customers requirement. And once we have it, we ensure it stays that way.
To achieve consistency throughout the batch, we offer fibre-dyeing. We also have facilities for yarn and fabric
dyeing, to give flexibility without compromising on
the quality and consistency of shade.
Facilities: Ring spinning with Reiter
auto-leveler, draw frames and Autoconers with Uster-quantum
clearers. We are using LR6s for Ring Spinning.
We also produce compact yarn. |
