for texturised yarn, later started fabric production. Now,
it is manufacturing and selling fabric on the looms
installed at Malegaon. Its paid up capital is Rs. 78.21 lacs. It is completely a debt free company.

Company Carreman France. As per the Joint Venture
Agreement both Banswara Syntex Limited and Carreman Hold
50:50 equity share capital on the company. Carreman
Fabrics India Ltd. was incorporated in 17 Feb'2006.
This company has state of art weaving plant having 60
brand new Picanol Rapier Looms. This company is being
managed by the French technicians. It does job weaving
work for Banswara Syntex Limited. The total fabric
production during the year 2008-09 was 62.35 lacs meters
as against 50.78 lacs meters in the year 2007-08. It is a
profit making company. Its total paid up capital is Rs.
1420 lacs.
