Guideline & Regulations

The home is open to Elders Citizen of either Sex aged above 55 years
* Seniors
of Normal health and sound mind and capable of taking care of
themselves alone are admitted.
*
Elders
seeking admission should disclose their complete past medical
history and the present state of health and treatments, if any, that
they are currently undergoing.
* Elders
seeking admission should get reference/recommendation from Trustees
or donors of the Trust.
*
Each
Room have double occupancy
*
The monthly payments should be made on or before 5th day
of each month. A late fee at the rate of Rs.50/- per day of delay
is payable by those paying after the 5th day but on or
before of 10th day of each month. However, payment
should be made positively on or before 10th day of each
month.
* The
schedule of daily Food – only Vegetarian foods are:

Morning Tea with
Biscuit
* Break
fast
* Lunch
* Evening
Tea, Light Snacks
* Light
dinner
*
Those requiring any additional food, Juice, etc. apart from the
standard menu determined by the management from time to time, shall
pay such additional fees as determined by the Management.
*
The Resident is solely responsible for his/her health. In case of
illness the resident will be advised to admit in Hospital depending
on the condition of disease. This is entirely the decision of the
Resident. The Management will provide the available assistance at
the cost and consequences of the Resident. Under no circumstances
the Management is liable or responsible of any consequences and
cost. Address and Telephone Nos. of all medical facilities
available in Lonavala are readily available.

Intoxicating drinks, liquor or
drugs, non vegetarian food, snuff, tobacco or chewing is strictly
prohibited inside the campus. Those having such practices will be
admitted and those found in possession of such Articles shall have
to leave the campus immediately.
*
Inmates should maintain a
peaceful and friendly atmosphere in the campus and should not cause
any hindrance to other inmates or the staff. In the event of any
unfortunate differences between the inmates or the staff, the
management will intervene, arbitrate and settle such differences
amicably. The parties concerned shall abide by the arbitration of
the management otherwise they shall leave the Home.
* The
inmates are solely responsible to take care of their properties and
belongings and the management will not be responsible for any loss
or damage to their personal properties.
* The
Elders admitted shall give the complete names and contact addresses,
phone, fax and e-mail Ids of their close relatives and kith and kin
who should be notified in the unfortunate event of any sudden
illness or death of any inmate. If their relatives or next of kin
do not turn up within 24 hours of the Event, the management will
take appropriate steps to perform the last rites to the departed
soul.
* There
will be a small in-house arrangement to cater to the requirement of
first aid of medicines, toiletries, cosmetics, stationeries etc.
managed by inmates co-operative store.
* For
any problem or differences of opinion with the staff, the inmates
should report the matter to the management or trustees for
appropriate action. The inmates are strictly prohibited to either
condemning the staff or picking up quarrels.
* Important
festival and national events will be fittingly celebrated in house
with involvement of the inmates themselves.
* Around
8 rooms are available for your friends/relatives who are visiting
the Resident Senior Citizen and can be allotted on priority basis.
They shall pay for the cost of maintenance.
