Maintenance Charges

  *              Maintenance charges from each Senior Citizen shall be Rs.1500 per person  per month.  Senior Citizen shall deposit an interest free deposit of Rs.30000/-per person refundable on vacating the room.  The maintenance charges shall be revised from time to time.

 *            Donation is exempted from Income Tax U/S 80G

 *        Donors  of  Rs.2,50,000/- and above have right to allot tow seat (One   Room) on priority and in this case no deposit shall be payable by the resident senior citizen and Room will be free of maintenance charges for 10 years.
