of Gatt No.237, Vill. Dongargaonwadi, Lonavala Admeasuring about 3
acres. Awaas Seva Sadan Trust developed and constructed 50 Room
of approx. 200 Sq. ft. each with two Hall Approx. 1000 sq. ft.
each, total built up are 19000 sq. ft. It will have 50 Rooms (100
occupancy) with attached bath and cooking platform. Rooms for
residents is free of charge except maintenance expenses shared on
a co-operative basis. All rooms are well furnished.
