The year 2013 promises to be a game changer. Many of the initiatives that the company undertook will be coming to fruition or picking up more steam this year. The last two years have been challenging and the management was not pleased with the results. However this is part of the growth pain and learning and we have refocused and are clearer on the way forward.

We will need the enthusiasm, commitment and drive of every person in the company and our larger family of stakeholders to work with us on the new directions. We think this company can be an amazing story and a great place to work.

The directions for the future point us towards:

• Increased value addition in Technical Textiles for Protective clothing.
• Higher margin business’s with more complex design / service offerings to several key customers.
• Domestic presence and growth in brand for SaintX.
• Better utilization of increased capacities across Spinning, Weaving, Finishing and Garmenting.
• More global leverage of our Product and Development abilities with far eastern manufacturing.
